Abstract

تهدف هذه الورقة البحثة إلى محاولة تقييم أثر النمو الاقتصادي على الضغط البيئي لإستهلاك المياه في إطار منحني كوزنتس البيئي، سواء على المدى القصير او الطويل عن طريق اجراء دراسة قياسية في الجزائر خلال فترة 1980-2018، وتم الاعتماد على نموذج الإنحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة من اجل التحقق من هذه الدراسة وذلك بإستحدام متغيرة الاستهلاك الكلي المياه كمتغير تابع ومتغيرات مفسرة متمثلة في الناتج المحلي الإجمالي وعدد السكان. وقد خلصت هذه الدراسة قياسيا بناءا على متغيرات الدراسة إلى أن نموذج النمو الاقتصادي والضغط البيئي لاستهلاك المياه في الجزائر لا يتوافق مع فرضيات منحنى كوزنتس البيئي لا في الأجل القصير ولا الطويل.This study aims to examine the reality of thinking in Algeria public administration. Between intellectual capabilities and mandatory legal procedures that regulate work. And traditional criticism methods that limit the development of thinking, and to determine the mechanisms of developing positive critical thinking. And its role in the conduct of administrative work. With the required competence and access to achieving the requirements of future management, as the descriptive analytical approach was adopted. And the questionnaire as a tool for data collection and using the SPSS program. By adopting the comprehensive survey sample from Khenchela Regional Directorate of Treasury employers. The study concluded the most important results: The existence of a strong positive relationship between the dimensions adopted in developing critical thinking to reach the requirements of future management, The study recommended the necessity of developing educational programs in line with developing the thinking skills and abilities of individuals. Divide them according to groups to help reach future management requirements in light of the developments in the business environment.
