dc.description.abstractThis study aims to know the role that Facebook has become playing as one of the modern communication media and a contemporary trend in promoting women’s craft activities in Algeria, through a field study where we chose the successful mother association for the wilaya of Algeria as a model for the study in order to reveal the reality of women’s craft activities and how to promote them in In light of the new communication media, by focusing on the association’s use of Facebook as a tool to activate and promote its work, and to address the problem of research and achieve its goals, the descriptive analytical approach was used, which included data collection through a questionnaire form distributed on an intentional sample of respondents that includes 80 members officially registered with the Association The successful mother, after which the data was analyzed using the SPSS statistical packages program, and based on the analyzes of the field study, the study concluded a number of results, the most important of which is that Facebook has become an effective tool and a supportive space for the promotion of women's handicraft work in Algeria, which contributes to the development of the traditional industries and crafts sector and strengthening its role within the framework of the A modern and open economy that contributes to the development of this sector and the development of mechanisms for its integration into the economic environment De and social at the local, national and even global levels.en_US
