قياس أداء المشروعات المشتركة في المؤسسات البترولية –دراسة حالة Hesp- للفترة (2016-2018) Performance Measurement of Petroleum Joint Venture Companies- Case of study HESP for the period 2016-2018

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى تقييم أداء المشروعات المشتركة في المؤسسات البترولية، الناتجة عن عقود الشراكة، وهذا باستخدام لوحة القيادة كأحد أدوات تقييم الأداء، وفق مؤشرات مالية وغير مالية، وتطبيقها على المشروع المشترك HESPفي الفترة(2016-2018). استندت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، الإحصائي، والتحليلي في عملية تقييم الأداء. بينت النتائج من خلال اختبار 317 مؤشرا الواردة في لوحة القيادة، أن نسبة تحقيق الأداء الايجابي تمثلت في 40.06%، حقق محور جدول حسابات النتائج TCR أكبر نسبة ، والأداء السلبي 31.54 %، حققت أغلبها محور شكاوي الزبائن والأداء المتعادل 7.25 %، سجلت أعلى نسبة في محور العمليات الداخلية This study aims to assess the performance of joint venture companies within the framework of partnership contracts, based on management chart as performance assessment tool according to financial and non financial indicators. It applies to HESP joint venture during the period 2016 t- 2018 by adopting the descriptive, statistical and analytical method to make such assessment. After testing 317 management chart indicators, the results show that 40.06% are reflecting positive performance. However, profit and loss account table axis represents the highest percentage. As regards the negative performance which translates mainly the clients' complaints, the percentage is 31.54%. The equal performance rate is 7.25%. The highest rate is achieved within internal operations
