الكفايات التعليمية الأدائية لأساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية وعلاقاتها باتجاهاتهم نحو التدريس والرضا النفسي للتلاميذ دراسة ميدانية على بعض متوسطات ولاية ورقلة

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى الكفايات التعليمية الأدائية الواجب توفرها لدى أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية، وعلاقتها بالاتجاه نحو مهنة التدريس والرضا النفسي للتلاميذ، حيث استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي لأنه يتناسب وطبيعة الدراسة من اجل التحقق من فرضياتها، واعتمدنا الأدوات التالية في جمع البيانات (بطاقة ملاحظة خاصة بقياس الكفايات التعليمية الأدائية، استبيان الاتجاه نحو مهنة التدريس، استبيان الرضا النفسي)، واشتملت عينة الدراسة على (16) أستاذا من جنس الذكور فقط وتلاميذهم في المرحلة المتوسطة وعددهم (319) تلميذا، حيث أفضت الدراسة إلى وجود مستوى مرتفع من الكفايات التعليمية الأدائية الواجب توفرها لدى أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية، وكذلك وجود درجة كبيرة من تطبيق هذه الأبعاد خلال الحصة، وبذلك نكون قد حققنا الفرضية الأولى للدراسة، أما الفرضية الثانية فقد توصلنا إلى وجود اتجاهات ايجابية لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية نحو مهنتهم و عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الكفايات التعليمية الأدائية لأستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية تعزى لمتغيري الخبرة المهنية والمؤهل العلمي، وبذلك لم تتحقق الفرضية الثالثة، أما الفرضية الرابعة التي لم تتحقق كذلك فقد توصلنا الى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الرضا النفسي لدى التلاميذ تعزى لمتغيري الجنس والمستوى الدراسي، ثم عدم وجود علاقة بين الكفايات التعليمية الأدائية لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية واتجاهاتهم نحو مهنة التدريس، وبذلك لم تتحقق الفرضية الخامسة، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الرضا النفسي للتلاميذ تعزى لمستوى الكفايات التعليمية الأدائية لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية من خلال الفرضية السادسة, ونجد أنه من بين الفرضيات التي تضمنت الدراسة ثلاثة فرضيات جزئية التي تم التوصل لتحقيقها.

The study aims to identify the level of performance educational competencies that must be available to the teacher of physical and sports education, and its relationship to the direction towards the teaching profession and psychological satisfaction of students, where we used the descriptive approach because it fits with the nature of the study in order to verify its hypotheses, and we adopted the following tools in data collection (a special note card) By measuring the educational performance competencies, a questionnaire toward the teaching profession, a psychological satisfaction survey), the study sample included (16) professors of the male sex only and their students in the intermediate stage, and they were (319) students, where the study led to a bitter level So, from the educational performance competencies that must be provided by the professor of physical and sports education, as well as the existence of a large degree of application of these dimensions during the session, and by this we have achieved the first hypothesis to study, while the second hypothesis has come to the presence of positive attitudes of physical education and sports teachers towards their profession and not The presence of statistically significant differences in the level of the performance educational competencies of the professor of physical and mathematical education attributable to the variables of professional experience and the educational qualification, and thus the third hypothesis was not achieved, while the fourth hypothesis that was not achieved as well, we concluded that there are no significant differences A statistical tool in psychological satisfaction among students attributable to the variables of gender and the academic level, and then the lack of a relationship between the performance educational competencies of the teachers of physical and mathematical education and their attitudes towards the teaching profession, and thus the fifth hypothesis was not achieved, and the presence of statistically significant differences in the psychological satisfaction of students attributed to the level of educational competencies The performance of the teachers of physical education and sports through the sixth hypothesis, and we find that among the hypotheses that included the study three partial hypotheses that have been achieved to achieve.
