Abstract

تحددت مشكلة الدراسة بشكل رئيسي حول التعرف على أهم المداخل الحديثة في تبسيط الإجراءات الإدارية في الإدارة الجزائرية وما واجهته من عقبات إدارية التي كان لها تأثير على مسار ترشيد العمل الإداري، حيث هدفت الدراسة الى توضيح مفهوم تبسيط الإجراءات كمفهوم جديد أفرزه التطور البشري والعلمي، ثم ابراز تأثيره على ترشيد العمل الإداري، بالإضافة الى محاولة التعرف على أهم المشاريع الناجمة عن تبسيط الاجراءات، حيث استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي حتى يمكنها التوصل الى عدة نتائج، ابرزها: تحديد أهم الامراض المكتبية والاختلالات التي تزيد من التعقيدات الإدارية داخل الإدارة الجزائرية. Abstract: The main problem identified in the study was the identification of the most important modern inputs into the streamlining of administrative procedures in the Algerian administration and the administrative obstacles encountered, which had an impact on the process of streamlining administrative work. The study aimed at clarifying the concept of streamlining procedures as a new concept brought about by human and scientific development and at highlighting its impact on the rationalization of administrative work; in addition to trying to identify the most important projects resulting from the streamlining of procedures, the study used the analytical descriptive method so that it could produce several results, notably: Identification of the most important office disorders and imbalances that increase administrative complications within the Algerian administration.
