Manifestations of breach of the principle of good faith in the offer and acceptance of the electronic contract

Abstract

The aim of this study is not to consider the requirements that the law requires in expressing the electronic contractual will , as the goal is to look at the manifestations of the breach of the principle of good feith in the new element emerging in the types of contracts which is the electronic contract. It includes research on the extent of the privacy and nature of the electronic contract on the electronic offer and acceptance, as well as the principle of good feith in this type of contract and the extent of finding appropriate solution for that, especially since the principle of good feith is one of the legal principles that cannot be denied or overlooked due to its importance in law, as theire observance of the provosions of the law shall apply and their opposition is aggainst the law
