Control of sports projects in Algerian law "Classified Sports Facilities"

Abstract

The practice of sports activities, is part of the human activities to which countries pay attention because they play a role in the construction of a healthy and dynamic society. Whether for leisure or professionalism, achieving the goals and objectives of sporting activity and combating violence requires a logistical and human that balances the different aspects, scientific, cultural and environmental ,mainly the Algerian legislator has enshrined in article 68 of the 2016 Constitution the citizen's right to a healthy environment, which requires the preservation of all scientific and cultural data; the completion of projects with economic and social added value, sports facilities, will benefit from a set of basic standards to be respected during their establishment in terms of construction and operation taking into account the specificity of its objective
