dc.description.abstractThe process of drawing American foreign policy is one of the most complex files of the American political system in view of the different effects of the multiple internal and external actors that regulate it and the nature of the files that are characterized by continuous dynamism, especially in light of the frenzied competition by international actors. This paper came to discuss the bipartisan debate (Democrats - Republicans) In their view of how US foreign policy is shaped and thus the effects of the transfer of power from one party to another. Or there is a continuity imposed by the logic of the state to the general philosophy that is based on the basis of pragmatism in determining the vital dimensions, through an attempt to extrapolate and analyze the view of the two parties to a set of core files. Obama and Donald Trump, who witnessed pivotal changes in the pattern of foreign policy for each of them.en_US
