From Unilateral Border Securitization into Border Inclusive Development Towards an Integrated Approach for Border Regions Development

Abstract

This study focus on the basic variables designing development path in border areas, and its impacts on local, regional & International level, according to Mono-oriented policies relying on security as a sole actor in classical perspective, in the context of dialectic of relationship between security & development. It is based on descriptive & analytical & dialectical methodes to analyse Border Development, as research results proved the necessity of adopting an integrated approach which use other dimensions in order to develop border communities
