الملخص: شهدت المعاملات التجارية الحديثة تطورا مذهلا وهذا بفضل شبكات الاتصال وما قدمته من خدمات في شتى مجالات الحياة سيما الميدان التجاري باعتباره عصب الحيـاة ومن جملة إفرازات هذا التطور ظهور بطاقات الائتمان التي تصدرها الأشخاص المعنوية المؤهلة قانونا فهي بذلك تحل محل النقود في الوفاء. هذه الخاصية فرضت على المشرع سن قوانين خاصة تنظم استخدام هذه البطاقة هذا من جهة، ومن جهة أخرى وضع جزاءات تطبق على من سولت له نفسه من التعدي على استخدامها وزعزعة الثقة والأمان بين أطراف العقد. . : .
