dc.description.abstract | The aim of this study is to discover the impact of the circuit training method on developing some physical and physiological abilities among karate players (16-18years) such as strengthspeed of the arms, cardiorespiratory endurance, heart rate and blood pressure. After applying the proposed training program and conducting the necessary tests, the following results were obtained: The proposed circuit training program has positively affected the development of strengthspeed of the arms, cardiorespiratory endurance, heart rate and blood pressure. There were significant statistically differences between the pretests and posttests of physical and physiological variables in control group and experimental group.
