The picture of universal beings has become clear in the mind of Al-Farabi. For him those beings are possibly existent rather than necessarily existent. The spiritual and material beings have emanated from the first principle in the world above the moon, whereas the natural and human beings in the world under the moon. Little by little, he stood on the fact that the universe is regular and totally harmonious; a model that should be followed to build a human city that is not deprived of diversity and disparity in its parts. The difference of people in their ranks and abilities is not an obstacle to the establishment of an integrated social political system, provided that each part of the city takes its position according to its capabilities to carry out the function assigned to it. What is left for man, however, is to build this desired city and establish its bases as much as possible, because God created him equipped with enormous capabilities that require only the proper guidance and proper use of them, to achieve happiness..en_US
