دور الحاضنات التكنولوجية في التّأسيس لاقتصاد المعرفة

Abstract

تتناول هذه الورقة الدور الاستراتيجي الذي تلعبه المشاريع الإبداعية والتكنولوجية الصغيرة والمتوسطة في التأسيس لاقتصاد إقليمي قوي قائم على المعرفة، وأكبر التحديات التي تواجهها هذه المشاريع لاسيما عند انطلاقها، وكيف تساهم الحاضنات التكنولوجية بقسم كبير في تجاوز هذه التحديات ورفع حظوظ نجاحها، كما تسلّط الضوء على عوامل نجاح هذا النوع من الحاضنات مسترشدةً بنتائج الدراسات المستفادة من التجارب الرّائدة في دول مختلفة من العالم. This paper addresses the strategic role played by the creative and technological SME projects in the establishment of a strong regional knowledge-based economy, and the biggest challenges faced by these projects, especially when it is released, and how do Technological Business Incubation are a big help to overcome these challenges and raise the chances of success, also shed light on the key factors of success for this type of incubations, guided by the results learned from the pilot experiences in different countries around the world.
