السياحية البيئية الصحراوية: التوجه الحديث للسياحة المستدامة في الجزائر Saharan Ecotourism: The Modern Trend Of Sustainable Tourism In Algeria

Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث لدراسة إمكانية مساهمة السياحة البيئية الصحراوية في تحقيق سياحة مستدامة في الجزائر، مع الإشارة لبعض المواقع السياحية الصحراوية بالجزائر، وبعض المواقع السياحية البيئية بصحراء الدول العربية، ودلك من خلال العمل على تقليل الآثار السلبية للنشاط السياحي على الموارد الطبيعية والثقافية والاجتماعية في المناطق السياحية الصحراوية، تثقيف السياح بأهمية المحافظة على الموارد الطبيعية والتاريخية، ودمج السكان المحليين تسيير مواردهم المحلية وتحقيق سياحة مستدامة، وتوصلنا إلى ضرورة صياغة استراتيجية وطنية للسياحة البيئية تكون منهاجا للعمل المستقبلي تتضافر فيها جميع الجهود الحكومية، القطاع الخاص وكل شرائح المجتمع طبقا لرؤية موحدة، فضلا عن تكامل التسويق السياحي، وتحقق التوازن بين التنمية وحماية النظم البيئية والمواقع الثقافية ومشاركة المجتمعات المحلية، وتنمية المحميات كمناطق للسياحة البيئية المستدامة ونماذج للاستخدام الرشيد للموارد الطبيعية.This research aims to study the possibility of desert ecotourism contributing to the sustainable tourism achievement in Algeria with reference to certain desert tourism sites in Algeria and to certain ecotourism sites in the Arab countries desert by working on reduce the negative effects of tourist activity on the natural cultural and social resources of tourist areas. Desert; educate tourists on the importance of preserving natural and historical resources. In addition, to redoubling efforts to obtain the best financial return for the host country with local natural resources, integrate local populations to manage their local resources and achieve sustainable tourism. We have met the need to formulate a national strategy for ecotourism which would be a platform for future action in which all efforts of government, private sector and all segments society would be combined into a unified vision thus that the integration of tourism marketing the achievement of a balance between the development, the ecosystems protection and the cultural sites, the local communities participation and the reserve development as tourist areas.
