الإستراتيجية الصينية في منطقة القرن الإفريقي دراسة حالة إثيوبيا في الفترة (2000-2020).

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة طبيعة الإستراتيجية الصينية في إثيوبيا خلال الفترة 2000-2020 ، اعتمدنا في جمع البيانات و المعلومات في الدراسة على الكتب ، المجلات المحكمة و المواقع الإلكترونية. في الإطار النظري قمنا بتحديد أهم المقاربات النظرية المفسرة للعلاقات الصينية الإثيوبية و جدنا أن مقاربة التبعية الماركسية و مقاربة القوة الناعمة هما الإطاران الأنسب لتفسير هذه الإستراتيجية.

بعدها سعت هده الدراسة لإبراز مدى تأثير الإستراتيجية الصينية على النمو الاقتصادي لإثيوبيا من خلال التركيز على المتغير الاقتصادي باعتباره أهم متغير في الإستراتيجية الصينية و المحرك الأساسي للسياسة الخارجية الصينية ، بالإضافة إلى الأبعاد الأخرى للإستراتيجية الصينية السياسية، الأمني و الثقافي (القوة الناعمة) .

تم إستخدام في هذه الدراسة الجداول و الإحصائيات البيانية و النسب المئوية لتوضيح القيمة المالية للعلاقات التجارية الثنائية ، نسبة الاستثمارات الصينية ، عدد القروض المالية الممنوحة لإثيوبيا.

خلصت الدراسة إلى أهم النتائج التالية : 1- النمو الاقتصادي التي حققته إثيوبيا كانت وراءه الاستثمارات و القروض المالية الصينية. 2- الصين أكبر دائن لإثيوبيا و هذا ما يجعلها مهددة من السقوط في مصيدة الديون الصينية. 3- علاقات تجارية غير متكافئة و غير متوازنة.

Abstract

The study aims to explore and Analyze the nature of Chinese strategy in Ethiopia during period time (from 2000 to 2020), we referred in our study, deferent sources of information and data: books, Journals, websites and other sources.

Then this study sought to highlight the extent of the impact of the Chinese strategy on the economic growth of Ethiopia by focusing on the economic variable as the most important variable in the Chinese strategy and the main Engine of Chinese foreign policy, in addition to other dimensions of the Chinese Strategy: political, security and cultural (soft power).

In this Study, we used Tables , graphicals ,Statistics and percentages to show the financial value of bilateral trade relationship, the Chinese investments, and the number of financial loans granted to Ethiopia.

In the end, the study concluded the following most important results: 1- The economic growth achieved by Ethiopia was supported by Chinese investments and financial loans. 2- China is Ethiopia's largest creditor, and take what makes it threatened by falling into the Chinese debt trap. 3- Unequal and unbalanced commercial relations.

L'étude vise à explorer et à analyser la nature de la stratégie chinoise en Éthiopie au cours de la période (de 2000 à 2020), nous avons fait référence dans notre notre étude à différentes sources d'information et de données : livres, revues, sites Web et autres sources. Ensuite, cette étude a cherché à mettre en évidence l'étendue de l'impact de la stratégie chinoise sur la croissance économique de l'Éthiopie en se concentrant sur la variable économique comme la variable la plus importante dans la stratégie chinoise et le principal moteur de la politique étrangère chinoise, en plus d'autres dimensions. de la stratégie chinoise : politique, sécuritaire et culturelle (soft power). Dans cette étude, nous avons utilisé des tableaux, des graphiques, des statistiques et des pourcentages pour montrer la valeur financière des relations commerciales bilatérales, les investissements chinois et le nombre de prêts financiers accordés à l'Éthiopie. En fin de compte, l'étude a conclu aux résultats les plus importants suivants : 1- La croissance économique réalisée par l'Éthiopie a été soutenue par les investissements et les prêts financiers chinois. 2- La Chine est le premier créancier de l'Éthiopie, et prenez ce qui la menace en tombant dans le piège de la dette chinoise. 3- Des relations commerciales inégales et déséquilibrées.
