Abstract: This study aimed at exploring the level of death anxiety due to covid 19 via some variables, and to identify the level of death anxiety caused by this pandemic depending on both sex and age variables. The study took place in the city of Mascara and its original sample consisted of 104 individuals who were randomly selected . To achieve the objectives of this work, the researcher designed a questionnaire of death anxiety . The study revealed the following : -There was a high level of death anxiety caused by covid 19. -There were no statistically significant differences in the level of death anxiety caused by covid 19 due to the sex variable. -There were no statistically significant differences in the level of death anxiety caused by covid 19 due to the age variable.
