dc.description.abstractThe research aims to identify the factors causing the phenomenon of rebellion and refusal to comply with the quarantine instructions for the Algerian individual and their repercussions on public health. This research relied on the qualitative approach (interview and field observation), and the research ended with identifying a set of factors that are related to the phenomenon of health recklessness, so we find first the social structure of risk, then the collective and societal memory of public health, then the cultural factors, then the individual experience in the face of epidemics, and finally The patient's relationship with the doctor and authority.en_US
