Abstract: This study aims at trying to explain the causes of the spread of the Corona virus, which has turned into a global pandemic that affected all countries; and also tries to study its implications on the system of values prevailing in society. To achieve this, we followed the descriptive analytical approach, where we designed an electronic questionnaire that consisted of 4 dimensions . This questionnaire was placed sent by email and social media to a sample of 300 students from Akli Mohand Oulhaj Bouira University after statistical data collection, the study concluded that there are -aspects of the Corona pandemic that affected global values, positively and negatively, - values of youth, according to the students ’view, -and the emergence of many flexible social values that preserve people in such a pandemic.
