Abstract: This study aims at raising awareness of the importance of assistive technology tools for people with learning difficulties that contribute to supporting the independence of this group and developing their capabilities and skills in light of the home quarantine imposed by the outbreak of the Corona epidemic, And that by highlighting the importance and justification for the use of assistive technology, such as smart phones and digital tablets, as a means of support for people with learning difficulties, Then he presented the theoretical foundations that must be adopted in the selection of educational technological programs and applications that meet the needs and support the capabilities of those with learning difficulties. Finally, we will present a survey study of the most important and latest modern electronic software for people with learning difficulties, whether they are developmental or academic difficulties, with some recommendations that would increase awareness of the importance of using educational support applications.
