Abstract: The present study aims to reveal the predictive power of the bigfive personality traits regarding the level of psychological stress among workers in the healthcare sector in light of the Corona epidemic (Covid-19). We used the descriptive approach with the application of two measurement tools, namely, the big-five personality traits measure and the stress scale in addition to the statistical treatment (linear regression, T test for single sample). The results of the study demonstrated the predictive power of traits: Agreeableness and Conscientiousness regarding the level of psychological stress, while the three other factors (extraversion, Neuroticism and Openness to Experience) did not have any predictive power regarding stress level
