Abstract: دفت الدراسة للتعرف إلى مستوى الصحة النفسية واستراتيجيات التكيف أثناء انتشار فيروس كورونا-19 لدى عينة من المواطنين في بعض الدول العربية. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي (المسحي). وتكونت أداة الدراسة من مقياس الصحة النفسية. وأظهرت نتائج الدارسة أن مستوى الصحة النفسية لدى عينة الدراسة مرتفع. وكانت التغيرات الأكثر انتشاراً بين أفراد الدراسة التغيرات النفسية العاطفية حيث حصلت على المرتبة الأولى، يليها التغيرات المعرفية، ثم التغيرات السلوكية، وحلت التغيرات الجسمية في المركز الأخير. وكشفت النتائج عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الصحة النفسية تعزي لمتغيرات: (الجنس، العمر، الدولة، الحالة الاجتماعية، المستوى التعليمي، طبيعة العمل، الحالة الصحية). Abstract: The study aimed at identifying the level of mental health and cooping strategies during COVID-19 outbreak in some Arab countries. The researchers used the descriptive-analytical method (survey). The results showed high level of mental health with study sample. The psychological and emotional changes were the most common, which ranked first, followed by cognitive changes, while behavioral changes were ranked third by a percentage, and physical changes came fourth in the last place. The results showed that there are statistically significant differences in the level of mental health attributable to the variables: (gender, age, country, marital status, educational level, nature of work, health status).
