dc.description.abstractThis study aimed at knowing the level of fear and pessimism of corona virus(Covid19) among the social sector the employees in Ouargla and to reveal the extent of the contribution of pessimism variable to predicting fear of Covid19, and knowing the level of the impact of personal changes ( age, gender, education level.) and as well as the interaction between them in a sample consisting of (98) employees (33 male,65 female) in the social solidarity. It was chosen in a simple and random way and to achieve the goals of study then relying in the scale of fear of the corona (Covid19) Abdenaceur Sayed Amor(2020),and the scale pessimism by Ahmed Abdlkhalak .The study found that the employees of social solidarity sector in Ouargla suffer from a moderate level of fear of Covid19 and were less pessimistic. In addition the fear was unpredictable through pessimism as well as the absence of interaction of personal variable on pessimism and fear of Covid19.en_US
