Abstract: The study aims at examinng the psychological and social reflections caused by Covid 19 pandemic on the Algerian family in the city of Mascara. For this purpose, the research adopted the descriptive approach and the interpretative one; and relying on the structural and functional theory. As for the technique used to collect data, it is to be observation and interviewing. The results revealed that: - Covid 19 represents a source of anxiety and fear for the family members. -Poor social relationships under pandemic.
