الرفاه النفسي وعلاقته بالأداء الوظيفي لدى عمال الحماية المدنية بمدينة تقرت

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين الرفاه النفسي والأداء الوظيفي لدى عمال الحماية المدنية بمدينة تقرت, ومستوى كل من الرفاه النفسي والأداء الوظيفي وإلى التعرف على الفروق في الرفاه النفسي حسب الحالة الاجتماعية و الأقدمية والرتبة الوظيفية لدى عينة الدراسة, وهل يوجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في الأداء الوظيفي حسب متغير الحالة الاجتماعية و الأقدمية. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (90) عامل تم اختيارهم عن طريق الحصر الشامل, حيث تم إتباع المنهج الوصفي العلائقي المناسب لدراستنا الحالية, وقد تم الاعتماد على مقياس " ماسي وآخرون" في قياس مستوى الرفاه النفسي ومقياس الباحث " سعد بن معتاد عايد الروقي" لقياس مستوى الأداء الوظيفي, ومن خلال استخدام مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية ومعالجة البيانات إحصائيا باستخدام برنامج SPSS تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: - يوجد مستوى مرتفع في الرفاه النفسي لدى عمال الحماية المدنية بمدينة تقرت. - يوجد مستوى مرتفع في الأداء الوظيفي لدى عمال الحماية المدنية بمدينة تقرت. - توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الرفاه النفسي والأداء الوظيفي لدى عمال الحماية المدنية بمدينة تقرت. - لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في الرفاه النفسي لدى عمال الحماية المدنية بمدينة تقرت تعزى لمتغير الحالة الاجتماعية و الأقدمية والرتبة الوظيفية.

The study aims to identify the relation between psychological well-being and job performance among civil protection workers in the city of Touggourt, and the level of both psychological well-being and job performance, and to identify the differences in psychological well-being according to social, seniority and job rank among the study sample, and are there statistically significant differences in performance occupation according to social stutus, seniority and variable. The study sample consisted of (90) workers who were selected by comprehensive inventory, where the appropriate descriptive relation approach was followed for our current study. The scale of " Masi et al " was used to measure the level of psychological well-being and the s ale of researcher " Saad bin Matad Ayed Al Roki " to measure the level job performance, and through the use of statisical methods and data processing statistically using the SPSS program, the following results were reached: -There is a high level of psychological well-being among civil protection workers in the city of Touggourt .-There is a high level of job performance among civil protection workers in the city of Touggourt .-There is a statistically sinificant relationship between psychological well-being and job performance among civil protection workers in the city of Touggourt.-There are no statistically sinificant differences in psychological well-being among civil protection workers in the city of Touggourt, it is attributed to the variable of social stutus, seniority and job rank. -There are no statistically sinificant differences in job performance among civil protection workers in the city of Touggourt due to the social stutus variable and seniority.
