لمنتجة في جنوب شرق الجزائر Zea maays amylaceae ا دراسة وتثمين لنوا تج بذرة نبتة

Abstract

قمنا في هذا العمل بإجراء مجموعة من الدراسات على نبات zea mays في مخبر الأرضية التقنية للتحاليل الفيزيائية والكيميائية ورقلة (CRAPC) حيث تم جمع العينات من منطقة جنوب شرق الجزائر ورقلة تحديدا انقوسة خطوط الطول (04- 45) و (05- 44) E دوائر العرض (031- 2) (032-39) N وأظهرت النتائج الأولية لهاته الدراسة وجود مردود إستخلاص يقدر ب 2.7415% وهو ما يضاهي نتائج الدراسات السابقة في الأبحاث العالمية وتم القيام بإجراء تحليل تفصيلي بواسطة GC-MS والحصول على مجموعة من المركبات التي تثمن هذا المنتوج في هاته المنطقة. كما أجرينا تحليل MEB الذي أعطى نتيجة جد معتبرة لعنصر البوتاسيوم الذي يبرز بشكل واضح قيمة بذرة Zea mays

In this work, we did a set of studies on zea mays in the platform of the techincal physical and chemical analyzes of ouargla (CRAPC), where the samples were collected from the southeastern region of Algeria, Ouargla, specifically the latitude (°31-2) (°32-39) N and longitude (°4-45) (°5-44) E curves. The preliminary results of this study showed a yield in the extraction estimated at 2.7415%, which is comparable to the results of previous studies in international research. A detailed analysis was carried out by GC/MS and a group of compounds That value this product in this region were obtained. We also conducted the MEB analysis, which gave a Very significant result for potassium, which clearly highlights the value of the Zea mayas seed.
