خطورة تواجد مصنع الغازات الصناعية في الأحياء السكنية (مصنع الغازات الصناعية Lind Gaz نموذجا

Abstract

يتناول بحثنا هذا خطورة تواجد مصنع الغازات الصناعية وسط الأحياء السكنية لقد قمنا بزيارة مؤسسة ليند غاز وحدة ورقلة وهي تعتبر احد المؤسسات التي تنشط في الاقتصاد الوطني والرائدة في مجال إنتاج الغازات الصناعية والطبية لمختلف قطاعات ومن بين المنتجات التي يتم إنتاجها على مستوى الوحدة هي ) الأكسجين, الازوت , ثاني أكسيد الكربون , الأرغون (. وتعد المؤسسة احد المصادر الرئيسية للتلوث ما لم تتخذ الإجراءات الاحتياطية الكافية لتفادي الآثار البيئية الضارة الناتجة عن التصنيع . و من خلال هذه الدراسة نقترح حلول التالية لتقليل من أثار التلوث الصناعي: • تطوير وتحسين تكنولوجيا التصنيع والمعدات التي تساهم في خفض توليد النفايات . • التحكم بعمليات التصنيع والتغيير في عمليات الإنتاج . • الإدارة الجيدة للمصنع .

The research deals with the danger of the présence of the industriel gases factory in the residential neighborhoods . We visited the LIND GAS corporation , the unit of ouargla , which is considered one of the institutions that are active in the national economy and the pioneer in the production of industrial and medical gases for various sectors .Among the products that are produced are ( Oxygen ,nitrogen , carbon dioxide , argon ). The establishment is one of the main sources of pollution unless adequate precautionary measures are taken to avoid the harmful environmental effects resulting from manufacturing . Through this study , we propose solutions to reduce the effects of industrial pollution : • Develop and improve manutacuring technology ad equipment that contribute to reducing waste generaton • Control of manufacturing processes and change in production processes • Good factory management
