الكشف الكيميائي والفاعلية البيولوجية لنبات من العائلة الشفوية (Lavandula pubescens Decne)

Abstract

:يهدف هذا العمل إلى دراسة الفعالية الأليلوباثية والنشاط المضاد للفطريات للمستخلصات النباتية للنبتة العطرية Lavandula pubescens Decneالتي تنتمي إلى العائلة الشفوية. من أجل إثراء هذا البحث أجرينا دراسة بيولوجية على مستخلصات النبتة، وبغرض التعرف على المواد الفعالة المحتواة في النبتة قمنا باختبارات فيتوكيميائية أولية فأوضحت النتائج تواجد جل منتجات الأيض الثانوي كالفلافونيدات والتربينات والقلويدات.... وتمت دراسة الفاعلية الأليلوباثية والمضادة للفطريات لمستخلصات النبتة. بالنسبة للفاعلية الاليلوباثية أظهرت أن للمستخلص الكلوروفورمي قدرة عالية على تثبيط نمو البذور أما النشاط المضاد للفطريات أظهرت المستخلصات تأثير تثبيطي متوسط بالنسبة إلى Fusarium Sp

This work aims to study the allelopathic and antifungal activity of plant extracts of the aromatic plant Lavandula pubescens Decneof the Lamiaceae family.in order to enrich the resarch,We conducted a biological study on the extracts of the plant. In order to identify the active substances contained in the plant, we carried out preliminary phytochemical tests, the results showed the presence of most of the secondary metabolites such as flavonoids, terpenes and alkaloids ... The allelopathic and antifungal activity of plant extracts has been studied. Regarding allelopathic activity, the chloroform extract was shown to have a strong ability to inhibit seed growth, while the antifungal activity showed that the extracts exhibited an average inhibitory effect against Fusarium Sp.
