المنتجة في جنوب شرق الجزائر Mentha Cervina دراسة و تثمين الزيوت الطيارة لنبتة

Abstract

In this work, we carried out a set of studies on the Mentha Cervina plant in the Laboratory of Scientific and Technical Research for Physical and Chemical Analysis CRAPC at the University of Ouargla, The samples were collected from the southeastern region of Algeria, the city of Ouargla, N 31°53’46”and5°21’15”E . The preliminary results of this study showed an extraction yield by Clevenger hydrodistillation estimated at 2.6% (w/w) .The preliminary results of this study showed an extraction yield by Clevenger hydrodistillation estimated at 2.6% (w/w), which is similar to the results of previous studies in the world which ranged between 2.4-4% (w/w)and a detailed analysis of the essential oil of this plant was performed by (GC-MS) , revealing 11 compounds of Out of 15 compounds We identified these compounds by matching where the main compounds are : Cyclohexanone, 5-methyl-2-(1-methylethylidene)-,(R)- at rate of 11.07% , followed by 2-cyclohexen-1-one,3-methyl-6-(1- methylethylidene)- at 6.76 % then Isoborneol 6.29 % , and 4 compounds were also found. New compared to previous studies , This is what values this study and the study of this plant in this region.

قمنا في هذا العمل بإجراء مجموعة من الدراسات على نباتMentha Cervinaفي مخبر الأرضية التقنية لتحاليل الفيزيائية وكيميائيةCRAPCبجامعة ورقلة حيثجمعتالعينةمن المنطقة الجنوبية الشرقية للجزائر ، مدينة ورقلة ، خط الطول31°53'46"و5°21"15"شرقًاN31°53’46”و 5°21’15”E .أظهرت النتائج الأولية لهذه الدراسة وجود مردود في الاستخلاص بواسطةالتقطير المائيClevengerيقدر ب2.6%(w/w) وهو ما يظاهي نتائج الدراسات السابقة في الأبحاث العالمية الذي يكون محصور مابين2.4-4%(w/w) وتم إجراء تحليل تفصيلي للزيت الأساسي لهذا النبات بواسطة جهازGC-MS، تم الكشف عن11مركب من أصل15مركبا ، قمنا بتحديد هذه المركبات بطريقة المطابقة التي كانت المركبات الرئيسية فيها هي:Cyclohexanone, 5-methyl-2-(1- methylethylidene)-,(R)-بنسبة11.07%يليها2-cyclohexen-1-one,3-methyl-6-(1- methylethylidene)-بنسبة6.76%ثمIsoborneolبنسبة6.29%،كما انه تم الحصول على3 مركبات جديدة مقارنة بالدراسات السابقة :(Tau-Cadinol،Isoborneol،Alpha-Terpineol)، وهذا ما يثمن هذه الدراسة و يثمن دراسة هذا النبات في هذه المنطقة.
