This work is part of study of the chemical composition, antibacterial, antifungal and antioxidant activity of aromatic and medicinal plants of the Algerian flora, in order to find new bioactive products of natural source which are characterized by a biological activities spécialy antimicrobial and antioxidant activities. Four Schinus molle aromatic plants from regions of El Eulma, Sougueur, Laghouat and Hassi Messaoud have been the subject of a phytochemical and biological decryption to their essential oils. In the light of the obtained results, it is confirmed that the extracts of soft Schinus present very important biological activities on the tested pathogenic germs. The four essential oils obtained by steam distillation were analyzed using gas chromatography combined with mass spectrometry. The screening by GC/MS identified 17 components for essential oil of Schinus molle El Eulma (17.71%) of Alpha-Phellandrene and (13.79%) of ß-Phellandrene, 15 constituents for essential oil of Schinus molle Sougueur whose ß-Phellandrene(20.63%) and (20.57%) of 1H-3a,7-Methanoazulene, 15 constituents for essential oil of Schinus molle Laghouat (32.12%) of 4-Hexadecan-6-yne and1,6 Cyclodecadiene (16.55%), and finally Schinus molle Hassi Messaoud containing 10 compounds with Phenanthridine-5-oxide (52.33 %) and (19.30%) of acetylcyclopentanone. The obtained physico-chemical parameters are comparable to those obtained by the literature concerning essential oil in a general wayen_US
