dc.description.abstractThe study aimed to highlight the importance of sharing knowledge and its impact on the creative behavior of workers in hospital institutions, and to evaluate the process of sharing the prevailing knowledge, and the level of creative behavior from the point of view of workers in the hospital institution Suleiman Amairat in Touggourt, Algeria, where the study was applied to a simple random sample consisting of (227) workers, and to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection, which was analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (Spss24), and the field study concluded with a number of results, the most important of which is that the level of workers' awareness of the knowledge-sharing process was low and at medium rates, as well as the level of The creative behavior of employees was average, and there was no statistically significant effect of the knowledge-sharing process on the creative behavior of employees in the study sample institutionen_US
