الرضا المهني لأساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية وعلاقته بأدائهم المهني

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تقصي موضوع الرضا المهني وعلاقته بالأداء المهني لدى عينة من أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية بمتوسطات مدينة تقرت، حيث تم تطبيق أدوات الدراسة وهما كل من أداة الرضا المهني وأداة الأداء المهني، وقد تمت الاستعانة بمقياس "مسعود بورغدة محمد" لنيل شهادة دكتوراه علوم في نظرية ومنهجية التربية البدنية والرياضية، جامعة منتوري قسنطينة، 2007/2008 ، وذلك بعد قياس خصائصهم السيكومترية (صدق وثبات)، على كل أساتذة التعليم المتوسط بمدينة تقرت والذي بلغ عددهم 60 أستاذ وأستاذة، وبالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي وباستعمال نظام الحزم الإحصائية SPSS في عملية التفريغ والمعالجة،تم التوصل إلى النتائج الآتية: - توجد علاقة بين الرضا المهني للأساتذة التربية البدنية بمتوسطات مدينة تقرتوأدائهم المهني. - لا توجد علاقة بين رضا أستاذ التربية البدنية عن ظروف العمل وأدائه المهني . - لا توجد علاقة بين رضا أستاذ التربية البدنية عن الحوافز المادية وأدائه المهني . - لا توجد علاقة بين رضا أستاذ التربية البدنية عن تعاون الزملاء وأدائه المهني. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الأداء المهني لأستاذ التربية البدنية باختلاف سنوات العمل. وعلى ضوء النتائج المتوصل إليها تم الخروج بالتوصيات والاقتراحات

The current study aimed at investigating the subject of occupational satisfaction and its relationship to professional performance among a sample of professors of intermediate education in the city of Touggourt, where the study tools were applied, namely the tool of professional satisfaction and the tool of professional performance. Physical and athletic, University of Mentouri Constantine, 2007/2008, after measuring their psychometric properties (honesty and consistency), on all teachers of intermediate education in Touggourt, which numbered 60 professors and professors, and by relying on the descriptive approach and using the SPSS system in the process of unloading and processing, it was done Reaching the following results: - There is a correlation between the occupational satisfaction of physical education professors with mediocre cities of Touggourt and their professional performance. - There is no relationship between the satisfaction of the professor of physical education with the conditions of work and his professional performance.< There is no relationship between the physical education professor's satisfaction with material incentives and his professional performance. There is no relationship between the professor of physical education’s satisfaction with colleagues ’cooperation and professional performance. - There are no statistically significant differences in the professional performance of a physical education professor with different years of work. In the light of the results reached, recommendations and suggestions were produced
