dc.description.abstractOur study aims to diagnose the reality of pedagogical practice in Algerian universities, and hence provide a range of management and follow-up pedagogical activities that can be applied and employ them in sections, high school and university formative institutions and mechanisms, based on field experience as an administrator in the management of pedagogical psychology and Science Education Department and Alartfinua at the University of Setif 2. Which mainly focused on the development of an annual work program for each of activities, including the distribution of scales between professors standards. And standards for the preparation of teaching programs for students and the distribution of classes, calendar and pedagogical work committees and deliberations, the mechanisms of coordination between the lecturers and professors in charge of Applied business. It also it includes informational programming about the stakes and disciplines of study tracks open to help students mature and conscious choice of specialties. To achieve this requires a commitment to a set of principles, principles and rules in management, particularly: the adoption of the logic of the law and not emotion in governance, and the priority of logic pedagogical administrative logic, and the adoption of scientific thinking in addressing the problems, mass participation in decision-making, self-criticism, and other matteren_US
