The aim of this research is to study the way in which the government is used in aphasics, starting from the neo khalilian model. Aphasia is a language disorder caused by an attack on the language zone in the brain. This breach directly affects the subject’s ability to use grammatical rules in the construction of sentences. The governor is main element on which the syntactic construction of the sentence is based in the Arabic language because it is responsible for the grammatical integrity of the structures produced. The aim of this research is to determine how subjects use the government, and the difficulties encountered in the structures produced. Based on the descriptive and analytical method, we analyzed the language productions of Broca’s aphasics. The result obtained showed that the problem encountered by Broca’s aphasics in their syntactic constructions lies in their inability to exploit the notion of governor.en_US
