Abstract: this search deals with the subject of educational leadership according to the prophetic biography We aim to develop a vision of educational leadership,and we aimed through it to develop a vision of educational leadership and that after reviewing the primary references and sources related to the Prophet’s biography In this this search we was mentioned , the concept of educational leadership in Islam,and the basic principles of educational leadership As well as the characteristics of the educational leader, according to the Prophet’s biography and this is from the point of view of some researchers and specialists in the area of educational leadership. Finally, we reached a definition of the concept of educational leadership in Islam,and defining the basic principles for it from our point of view, It included the following : : Loyalty to God, sense of responsibility, consultation, justice, Freedom of thought, selecting the fittest, Obedience in favor , and we have also identified the most important : characteristics that It should be characterized by the educational leader, according to what was mentioned in the Prophet’s biography from our point of view, which are as following :Justice firmness, tenderness, mercy, humility, good example, consultation, amnesty, delegation, science, patience
