إشكالية الأنظمة السياسية عند ريمون آرون (النظام الشمولي والنظام الديمقراطي أنموذجان)

Abstract

تناولنا في هذه الدراسة موقف المفكر السياسي وعالم الاجتماع الفرنسي "ريمون آرون" من الأنظمة السياسية المعاصرة بالتحديد الأنظمة الشمولية والنظام الديمقراطي، يعتبر "آرون" مناضل من أجل الحرية والمساواة فهو زعيم الليبرالية الفلاسفة في القرن العشرين (20م) فكان موقفه واضحا وجليا في جميع كتبه هو مقته للأنظمة الشمولية ذات الحزب الواحد ومحتكرة لحرية الإنسان، وحبه للنظام الديمقراطي الذي يعتبر من أساسياته الحرية الفكرية للأفراد وحرية الممارسات لكل النشاطات السياسية وكذا المساواة بين جميع الناس.

In this study, we discussed the position of the French political thinker and sociologist Raymond Aron on contemporary political systems, specifically totalitarian and democratic systems. Aaron is considered a fighter for freedom and equality. He is the leader of liberal philosophers in the twentieth century (20AD) and his position was clear and evident in all his books. He hates the one-party totalitarian regimes and monopolizes human freedom, and his love for the democratic system, which is considered among its foundations the intellectual freedom of individuals and the freedom of practice for all political activities, as well as equality among all people.
