الاعلام المرئي والتضليل الاعلامي للرأي العام في قضية مقتل الرئيس رفيقالحريري دراسة تحليلية مقارنة لعينة من برامج قناتي AL Jadeed NewsوRT Arabic خلال شهر أوت 2020

Abstract

تهتم دراستنا بالدور الذي يلعبه الإعلام المرئي اليوم في مختلف المجالات خاصة إن تعلق الأمر بتوجيه الرأي العام حول قضية مقتل رفيق الحريري في شهر أوت 2020 من خلال دراسة عينة قصدية من برامج لقناتي AI Jadeed NewsوRTArabic ، كما تهدف الدراسة إلى المعالجة الإعلامية من حيث الشكل والمضمون وكذا تحديد مظاهر التضليل من خلال القناتين في مقتل رفيق الحريري. وانطلاقا من التساؤل الرئيسي الذي تمثل في " كيف مارس الإعلام المرئي للتضليل الإعلامي تجاه الرأي العام في قضية مقتل الرئيس رفيق الحريري في شهرأوت 2020؟ " تفرع عن ذلك أسئلة مست ثلاث جوانب مهمة المعالجة الإعلامية للقضية من حيث الشكل، المعالجة الإعلامية للقضية من حيث المضمون وأهم مظاهر التضليل من خلال القناتين حول مقتل رفيق الحريري. لقد اعتمدنا على أداة تحليل المضمون كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات وعلى مقاربة نظرية في تناول هذا الموضوع وهي نظرية ترتيب الأولويات، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: إن القالب الفني الذي طرح في القضية هو الحديث الصحفي وذلك نظرا لطبيعة الموضوع المعالج فهو يعتبر الأنسب ، بينما نجد تنوع في عدد المواضيع التي تناولتها الحصتين لكل قناة وذلك يعود الى تنوع طرق التغطية الإعلامية. كما اعتمدت الدراسة في البرنامجين على مضامين مفرطة التحيز بالنسبة لقناة ALJadeedNews وكذا قناةRT Arabic فالأـولى كانت ضد حكم المحكمة وفي صف حزب الله أما الثانية فكانت مع حكم المحكمة الدولية وفي صف سعد الحريري . وركزت الدراسة في قناة ALJadeed Newsبالنسبة لانعكاسات القضية على الرأي العام حول استئناف الحكم بالنسبة لسليم عياش وكذا المطالبة باستقالة المدعي العام كونه أحدث العديد من الأخطاء في التحقيق حول القضية حيث أعتبر سليم عياش المتهم الوحيد في القضية اما قناة RT Arabic ركزت على قبول سعد الحريري بحكم المحكمة الدولية وعدماعتراف حزب الله بالحكم .

Our study is concerned with the role that the visual media plays today in various fields, especially if it comes to directing public opinion on the issue of the murder of Rafik Hariri in August 2020 by studying an intentional sample from the programs of the Al Jadeed News and RT Arabic channels. The study also aims to address The media in terms of form and content, as well as identifying the manifestations of misinformation through the two channels in the killing of Rafik Hariri. And based on the main question, which was “How did the visual media practice misleading the media towards public opinion in the case of the murder of Prime Minister Rafik Hariri in August 2020?” This divided into questions that touched on three aspects of the task of media handling of the issue in terms of form, the media handling of the issue from In terms of the content and the most important manifestations of misinformation through the two channels about the killing of Rafik Hariri. We have relied on the content analysis tool as a main tool for data collection and on a theoretical approach in dealing with this topic, which is the theory of priority order, and the study reached several conclusions, the most important of which are: The technical template that was proposed In the case, it is the press talk, due to the nature of the subject being treated, it is considered the most appropriate, while we find a diversity in the number of topics covered by the two classes for each channel and this is due to the diversity of methods of media coverage. The study in the two programs also relied on overly biased contents for ALJadeedNews and RTArabic channel, as the first was against the court’s ruling and on the side of Hezbollah, while the second was with the ruling of the International Court and on Saad Hariri’s side. The study focused on ALJadeedNews with regard to the case’s implications On the public opinion regarding the appeal of the verdict regarding SalimAyyash, as well as the demand for the public prosecutor’s resignation, being the latest in many errors in the investigation of the case, as SalimAyyash was considered the only defendant in the case, while RTArabic focused on Saad Hariri’s acceptance of the international court’s ruling and Hezbollah’s failure to recognize the verdict.
