This modestly research offers the description, understanding, identification and analysis of the concept of recognition at work of doctors by the hierarchical superiors of the public health establishment (CHU Khalil Amrane de Bejaia). In this context, we will try to understand how this recognition is conceivable and promoted within the establishment so that it becomes a perspective that represents medical ethics. To achieve our objectives, we conducted interviews with the doctors at the hospital. This survey has shown us that recognition expectations are particularly relevant in terms of rewards and interpersonal relationshipsen_US
