علاقـــــة مــرونــة الأنــــا بالاستغراق الوظيفي لدى ممرضي القطاع الصحي بورقلة -دراسة ميدانية -

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى الاستغراق الوظيفي وكذا الكشف عن علاقة الموجودة بين مرونة الأنا والاستغراق الوظيفي واثأر المتغيرات الشخصية الجنس والاقدمية في درجه الاستغراق الوظيفي لدى ممرضين القطاع الصحي بورقلة، على عينة عشوائية بلغت (130) ممرض، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام استمارة الاستبيان لجمع البيانات وتم معالجة البيانات المجمعة عن طريق استخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية ، وبعد المعالجة الإحصائية تم التوصل إلى: _ مستوى الاستغراق الوظيفي لدى العينة مرتفع. _ عدم وجود فروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية لدى ممرضين في درجة الاستغراق الوظيفي تعزى إلى الجنس والاقدمية، كما كشفت الدراسة أن العلاقة بين الاستغراق الوظيفي ومرونةالأنا لدى الممرضين ضعيفة.

The purpose of the study is to identify the level of functional engagement, So to reveal the relationship between ego flexibility and functional engagement, and the impact of personal variables, gender and seniority on the degree of job engagement among nurses in the health sector in Ouargla, on a random sample of (130) nurses. . To achieve the objectives of the study, the questionnaire form was used for data collection and the data collected was processed through the use of the statistical package program. After statistical processing, it was found: - The level of functional engagement of the sample is high. - There are no statistically significant differences among nurses in the degree of functional engagement due to gender and seniority. - The study also revealed that the relationship between functional engagement and ego flexibility among nurses is weak.
