الأساس الطبيعي لحقوق الانسان عند جان جاك روسو

Abstract

تتناول هذه الدراسة إشكالية حقوق الانسان بالأخص مسألة الحقوق الطبيعية لدى المفكر جان جاك روسو 1712-1778 باعتبار ان دور روسو بار ا ز في موضوع حقوق الانسان وأعتبرىا حقوقا فطرية ولا يمكن المساس بيا خاصة تمك الحقوق المتعمقة بالحرية والمساواة , وقد تطرقت الد ا رسة أيضا الى دور فلاسفة العقد الاجتماعي كل من ىوبز وجون لوك في إعادة احياء حقوق الا نسان , وأيضا دور روسو وتأثيره عمى واقع المجتمع في فرنسا وأوروبا خاصة دوره في قيام الثورة الفرنسية 1789 واعلان حقوق الانسان 1948 .ومن خلال ىذه الد ا رسة كذلك تطرح مسألة حقوق الانسان في الوضع الحالي .

This study deals with the problem of human rights, in particular, the issue of natural rights for the philosopher, Jean-Jacques Rousseau 1712-1778, given that Rousseau's role is pivotal in the issue of human rights and consider them to be inborn and untouchable, mainly those rights related to freedom and equality. The study also focused on the role of the social contract philosophers, Thomas Hobbes and John Locke, in re-crystallizing the subject of human rights. And also Rousseau's role and its impact on the reality of society in France and Europe, specifically his role in the French Revolution in 1789 and the Declaration of Human Rights in 1948. Through this study, the issue of human rights in the current situation is also illustrated.
