المعالجة الاعلامية لظاهرة اختطاف الأطفال في الجزائر دراسة تحليلية لقناتي النهار و الشروق خلال الفترة 2012-2020 "انموذجا"

Abstract

تناولت هذه الدراسة عرض و تحليل لكيفية معالجة الاعلام الجزائري لظاهرة اختطاف الاطفال وذلك من خلال تحليل مضمون قناتي النهار و الشروق TV على اليوتيوب لهذه الدراسة وذلك من خلال الاجابة على التساؤلات التالية :ما حجم اهتمام قناة النهار و الشروق بتغطية ظاهرة اختطاف الاطفال من حيث المضمون الاعلامي و الأشكال المستخدمة ؟ ما هي اهم الشخصيات الفاعلة التي ظهرت في المعالجة الاعلامية لجريمة اختطاف الاطفال في قناة النهار و الشروق؟ ما نوعية المصادر التي اعتمدت عليها قناة النهار والشروق في انتقاء المعلومات؟ ما الاشكال الاعلامية المساعدة التي استخدمتها في عرض ظاهرة اختطاف الاطفال؟ ما هوية مرتكبي جريمة اختطاف الاطفال؟ كما حاولت هذه الدراسة تحقيق اهداف تمثلت اهمها في تعرض القناتين لظاهرة اختطاف الاطفال والتي تتمثل في الاعتداءات الجسدية و التحقيقات الامنية و القتل وكذا المسيرات السلمية، اعتمدت القناتين على العديد من المصادر لتغطية الظاهرة كما حققت عدة اهداف من وراء معالجتهما للظاهرة تمثلت في كشف حقائق هذه الظاهرة و تسليط الضوء عليها . وقد اعتمدنا لإجراء الدراسة على منهج المسح بالعينة كونه يعد احد المناهج الملائمة لمثل هذه الدراسات و ذلك من اجل ابراز ملامح الظاهرة و تقديم المعلومات الكافية عنها بواسطة اداة تحليل مضمون لتحليل المادة الاعلامية المتعلقة بالظاهرة المدروسة، وقد وقع اختيارنا للعينة بطريقة قصدية عشوائية على مرحلتين مرحلة اختيار القناة و مرحلة اختيار الاعداد التي بثت على القناة اما بالنسبة للجانب التطبيقي فقد تناول عرض و تحليل النتائج العامة للدراسة،والنتائج في ضوء التساؤلات ، و النتائج في ضوء الاهداف و في الاخير تم وضع جملة من الاقتراحات التوصيات .

This study, which consists of conducting a presentation and analysis of how the Algerian media is dealing with the phenomenon of child abduction, was addressed through an analysis of the summary of the study This study dealt with a presentation and analysis of how the Algerian media addressed the phenomenon of child abduction by analyzing the content of Al-Nahar and Al-Shorouk TV channel on YouTube as a model for this study by answering the following questions: How much attention is the channel Annahar and Al Shorouk to cover the phenomenon of child abduction, in terms of media content and forms used? What are the most important actors that appeared in the media treatment of the crime of kidnapping children in Al-Nahar and Al-Shorouk channel? What are the sources on which al-Nahar and Al-Sharouk tv relied on in selecting information? What media forms helped it in presenting the phenomenon of child abduction? What is the identity of the perpetrators of the crime of child abduction? It is one of the topics of the day discussed and this study tried to achieve objectives, the most important of which was to know the topics of the phenomenon of kidnapping and its actors from the perspective of the channel in addition to knowing the objectives that the channel seeks to achieve and the technical elements that it used. We have relied to conduct the study on the method of scanning by sample as it is one of the appropriate approaches for such studies in order to highlight the features of the phenomenon and provide sufficient information about it by means of a guaranteed analysis tool to analyze the media material related to the phenomenon studied, and we chose the sample in a random mean way in two stages the stage of selecting the channel and the stage of selecting numbers that were broadcast on the channel, but for the practical side addressed the presentation and analysis of the general results of the study, and the results in light of the questions, and The results in the light of the objectives and in the end a number of suggestions and recommendations were developed.
