Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة إجراءات الحجر الصحي وتأثيرها على مكانة العامل بأجر يومي من خلال الكشف عن وضعيات مكانة العامل باجر يومي بمدينة ورقلة أثناء تنفيذ إجراءات الحجر الصحي. ولمعرفة هذا عن قرب تم طرح التساؤل الرئيسي : كيف أثرت إجراءات الحجر الصحي أثناء أزمة كرونا على مكانة العامل اليومي في مدينة ورقلة ؟ حيث تندرج تحته التساؤلات التالية : 1 - ماهي إجراءات الحجر الصحي المتخذة ؟ثناء أزمة كرونا في مدينة ورقلة ؟ 2 - كيف أثرت هده الإجراءات على الوضعية الاقتصادية للعامل باجر يومي ؟ 3 – هل كان لهده الإجراءات أثرا على مكانة العامل باجر يومي داخل آسرته ؟ 4 – هل كان لهده الإجراءات أثرا على مكانة العامل بأجر يومي داخل مجتمعه ؟ وللإجابة على هذه التساؤلات تم الاعتماد على منهج المسح الاجتماعي ومنهج دراسة حالة مستخدمين في ذالك كل من أداة الملاحظة و المقابلة مع 15 (مفردة) عامل باجر يومي بمحلات الأكل السريع بحي النصر (الخفجي) بمدينة ورقلة , حيث دامت الدراسة الميدانية حوالي شهرين ونصف وتمت بالتوصل اللي نتيجة مفادها : مكانة العامل بأجر يومي بمدينة ورقلة قد تأثرت جراء أزمة كوفيد19 وتنفيذ إجراءات الحجر الصحي إجراءات الحجر الصحي .

Thecurent study aims toknow the quarantine proceddures and ther impact on the status of the daily wage worker by revealing the status ad status of the daily wage worker in the city of ouargla during the implementation of the qarantine procedures. To knw this closely, the main question was raise : how did the quarantine measures during the corona crisis affect the status of the daily wage woker in the city of ouargla ? It includes the following question : -what are the quarantine measures taken during the corona crisis in the ciy of ouargla ? -how did these measures affect the economic situation of the daiily wage worker ? -did these measures hav an impact on the status of the daily wage worker within his family? -did these measures have an impact on the status of the daily wage worker within his community? In order to answer these questions , the social survey method and the study method were relied upon; using both the observation case study ware relied upon , using both the obsevation tool and the methh 15 (daily) wage workers in fast food shops in al-nasr al-khafji neighborhood in ouargla city , the field study lasted about two and a half months , i twas concluded that the position of the daily wage worker in the city of ouargla has been affected by the covid 19 crisis and the implementation of quarantine measures
