This study aims to reveal the impact of the training strategy in its dimensions (support and commitment of senior management, stages of the training process, diversity of training programs), on improving the performance of the university professor in its four dimensions (research, teaching, education, Community service and Human relationships), and depending on the descriptive and analytical approach, and the use of a questionnaire to collect study data, which was distributed to a random sample of 101 university professors, using statistical methods and treating it using the EXCEL and SPSS program. The study reached several results, the most important of which is the existence of an average level of training strategy in Pole 02 at the University of Ouargla corresponding to a high level of the performance of the university professor, with a correlation between each of the training strategy on the one hand and the performance of the university professor on the other hand, but this link was weak. . The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the respondents' responses to performance due to personal variables (gender; age; college; number of books; number of articles; number of meetings; Number of grants; Number of grants for forums), with statistically significant differences. In individual responses. The sample is about the performance of the university professor for the rest of the personal variablesen_US
