Abstract: In this study, we tried to find out the extent to which after-sales services are adopted by car sales agencies in Algeria from the customer’s point of view and their quality under the new approved law, where we shed light on general concepts of these services and their types, as well as the most important thing in the decree related to these services, and an attempt to investigate Customer opinion and satisfaction with these services. In the study, we adopted the method of surveying and surveying a random sample of 203 individuals to whom a prepared and court questionnaire was distributed containing specific questions concerning the subject of the study. The study concluded that car dealerships in Algeria provide these services to their customers, but there is procrastination from some agencies that leads to the reluctance of the customer to Its services sometimes, and direct it to take advantage of the services of non-accredited agents, who in turn provide competitive prices for their services compared to the prices of services of approved agents.
