Abstract: The purpose of this paper is examine the impact of COVID-19 and Oil Price on economic policy uncertainty in US and Russia using monthly, Jan, 2019, to March, 2021 by using the panel-ARDL approach. The results show that Economic policy uncertainty is positively correlated with the COVID-19, this indicate that an increase in COVID-19 can enhance Economic policy uncertainty, Meaning that an increase in the new cases raises the uncertainty of economic policy in the US and Russia in the short-run and long-run. The results also show that the Economic policy uncertainty is negatively correlated with the oil prices.
