Abstract: Algeria affirmed its choice for economic openness in order to make international trade a lever for development. However, despite these ambitions, logistics, in particular port platforms, are becoming one of the key factors in circumventing the obstacles that weigh on export supply. The objective of our research is to examine the role of port facilities in supporting Algerian export products and services, particularly in the western region, on the one hand, and on the other hand, we try to examine their mode of governance. To do so, the approach followed in this work is based on a model of public value creation also known as “networked governance.” The results obtained have demonstrated the positive impact of logistics infrastructures on exports, but the mode of governance is a major challenge.
