Abstract: The study aimed to determine the impact of knowledge management processes on the quality of educational services at Saida University, Where the descriptive analytical method was used with the use of the questionnaire as the main tool for data collection, which was distributed to an intentional non-probability sample that included (150) professors, after analyzing the results using the statistical program (SPSS.V.22), the study reached the following results: - Evaluation of the application of knowledge management processes and the quality of educational services at the university under study was average. - The study confirmed the existence of a positive statistically significant relationship between the dimensions of knowledge management processes and the quality of educational services.
