dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to show the impact of job security (psychological security, job stability, incentives and compensation, work relations) on the organizational commitment in Algeria Telecommunications Corporation in Laghouat. We used 86 questionnaire copies suitable for the study. the statistical program spss and smart-pls are used to analyze data and test the hypotheses using the following statistical methods: The arithmetic mean, the standard deviation, regression… The adopted results are as follow: that is a significant impact of job security on organizational commitment, in addition to the presence of significant differences in the attitudes of the sample members about job security and organizational commitment due to the position variable. Finally, the study recommended the need to develop methods that would to raise the level of job security, which enhance the level of organizational commitmenten_US
