Abstract Al-Motoun, or grammar rules poems , as translated from Arabic, were considered as basic references for grammar teaching. A text memorizing was an intended objective and primary of the grammar lesson. It is the only way to learn grammar. The student dealing with grammar couldn’t attend the grammar school unless he had memorized the grammar explanation texts that the Sheikh dealt with in his books with explanation and commentary.” Some critics have criticized the eagerness of abbreviations classification. It was considered as the spoiling of teaching. On the other side, there are some who have praised it and considered it as a way of simplifying the grammatical rules poems. In this paper, I am going to clarify what the poet couldn’t explain in his grammartical rules poems since he was obliged to respect the rhythm
