دور العمــــل الجمعوي فـــــي تمكيـــــــــــن المرأة (دراسة حالة عينة من جمعيات ولاية ورقلة)

Abstract

تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع دور العمل الجمعوي في تمكين المرأة، دراسة حالة على عينة من جمعيات ولاية ورقلة. حيث تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة التعرف على الدور الحقيقي للجمعيات ومدى مساهمتها في تمكين المرأة اقتصاديا وسياسيا واجتماعيا، من أهم المجالات الحياتية. وقد تم الاعتماد في الدراسة على منهج دراسة الحالة من خلال دراسة عينة تتكون من ثلاث جمعيات تنشط على مستوى ولاية ورقلة ، و قد تم استخدام المقابلة و الاستبيان كأداة للدراسة أين تم إجراء المقابلة مع رئيسات الجمعيات و توزيع 64 استمارة على عينة قصدية من المشاركات في هذه الجمعيات محل الدراسة. و من نتائج الدراسة التي خلصت إليها هذه الدراسة هي: -تساهم الجمعيات الولائية بشكل مقبول ببرامج وأنشطة اجتماعية واقتصادية وسياسية من اجل تمكين المرأة في ولاية ورقلة. -كلما تضاعفت المعوقات الاجتماعية الاقتصادية والسياسية والإعلامية عرقلت من تحقيق تمكين المرأة محليا. This study deals with the issue of the role of association work in empowering women by studying the case of a sample of two associations in the wilaya of Ouargla. as this study aims to try to identify the real role of associations and the extent of their contribution to empowering women economically, socially and politically, as they are one of the most important means used at the present time. And in this study I relied on a case study approach by studying a sample consisting of two associations operating at the state of Ouargla. The interview tool and the questionnaire were used as a study tool. Where was the interview with the heads of the association conducted and a questionnaire distributed to those involved in these societies under study. Our findings shoz: -The wilaya associations contribute to social,econo;ic and activities in order to empower women in the wilaya of Ouargla. -the more social,economic and political obstacles multiplied,hampering the women's empowerment locally .Cette étude a traité le sujet du rôle du travail associatif dans l'autonomisation des femmes, comme étude de cas sur un échantillon d'associations de la Wilayat de Ouargla. Où cette étude vise à essayer d'identifier le rôle réel des associations et l'étendue de leur contribution à l'autonomisation des femmes économiquement, politiquement et socialement, l'un des domaines les plus importants de la vie. L'étude s'est appuyée sur la méthode des études de cas en étudiant un échantillon composé de trois associations actives au niveau de la Wilayat de Ouargla. L'entretien et le questionnaire ont servi d'outil à l'étude, où l'entretien a été réalisé avec les responsables des associations et 64 formulaires ont été distribués à un échantillon intentionnel de participants à cette étude. Parmi les résultats de l'étude que cette étude a conclu, figurent : Les associations de wilaya contribuent de manière acceptable aux programmes et activités sociaux, économiques et politiques pour l'autonomisation des femmes dans la wilaya de Ouargla. Chaque fois que les obstacles sociaux, économiques, politiques et médiatiques se multiplient, ils entravent la réalisation de l'autonomisation des femmes au niveau local.
