تحليل أنماط سلوك حماية البيئة في المؤسسات الناشطة بقطاع الطاقة في الجزائر The analysis of environmental protection behaviour patterns in the energy sector institutions active in Algeria

Abstract

تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية للمساهمة في معالجة مشكلة التلوث الصناعي، بفهم أنماط سلوك حماية البيئة السائدة في مختلف مؤسسات قطاع الطاقة بالجزائر، باعتماد المنهج الوصفي لمعرفة نمط سلوك حماية البيئة السائد، والمنهج المقارن لمعرفة الفروق في تبني هذا النمط بين المؤسسات الجزائرية والأجنبية العاملة بالجزائر باستخدام أداة الاستبيان، توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مؤسسات قطاع الطاقة في الجزائر تتبنى سلوكا بيئيا ممتثلا )مسايرا(، وأن هناك فروقا بين العينتين محل الدراسة، حيث أن المؤسسات الجزائرية تتبنى سلوكا بيئيا ممتثلا )مسايرا( بينما المؤسسات الأجنبية تتبنى سلوكا بيئيا واعيا، ويرجع هذا الاختلاف إلى معيار ضغوط المتعاملين كون المؤسسات الأجنبية تنشط في بيئة عمل تتسم بأنها أكثر رقابة وحماية للبيئة. This research paper aims to contribute to addressing the problem of industrial pollution, by understanding the patterns of environmental protection behaviour prevailing in the various institutions of the energy sector in Algeria. We adopted the descriptive approach to finding out the prevailing environmental protection behaviour pattern and the comparative approach to finding out the differences in adopting this pattern between Algerian and foreign institutions operating in Algeria using the questionnaire tool. The study concluded that the energy sector institutions in Algeria adopt aneco-conformist behaviourand that there are differences between the two samples under study, as the Algerian institutions adopt aneco-conformist behaviour, while the foreign institutions adopt aneco-sensitive behavior. The differences are due to the criterion of dealers' pressures, as foreign institutions are active in a more controlled and protective work environment.
